Job Title: HR Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll assistance, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
-Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
-Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
-Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
-Handle employee queries and grievance redressal in coordination with the HR Manager.
HR Operations
-Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
-Track attendance, leaves, and ensure timely updation in the system.
-Support in preparing letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.
Compliance & Documentation
-Assist in compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
-Coordinate with external vendors and auditors for HR-related documentation and records.
Payroll Support
-Collate attendance, leave data, and other inputs for payroll processing.
-Coordinate with finance/payroll service providers for timely salary disbursement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
-2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
-Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
-Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Title: General Manager / Commercial Head

Qualifications:

-Minimum 15 years in commercial leadership, ideally in media or publishing.
-Proven experience in both print and digital media environments.
