- End-to-end content production (from ideation to publishing)

Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) - Organiser
Job Position in Bharat Prakashan Delhi Limited
Job Location: New Delhi
Experience:3–5 Years (Must have strong experience in Print & Digital Media)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong hands-on experience in both print (especially magazine design) and digital platforms. The candidate should be capable of handling complete design execution independently.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Strong working knowledge of CorelDraw & QuarkXPress (print layouts)
• Expertise in social media creatives (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong understanding of print specifications (CMYK/RGB, bleed, resolution)
• Basic understanding of video creatives (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Digital
• Design creatives for digital platforms (social media, website, campaigns)
• Create YouTube thumbnails, banners & digital ads
• Develop infographics and marketing materials
- Handle magazine design end-to-end, including:
- Designing magazine cover pages
- Layouting and aligning inside content (text, images, ads)
- Ensuring proper typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Making files print-ready as per specifications
- Design other print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements)
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Key Requirement:
• Must have strong experience in magazine design (cover + inside layout)
• Ability to handle both print & digital work independently
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Fine Arts or related field
